Biography
Louise Harris is currently Director of People and Organisational at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change. After starting her career as a chartered accountant with PwC she went on to work at ICI and in the UK music industry, before making her move to the non-profit sector in 2009, where she took on the role of Director of Finance and Operations at ACEVO, working to support and develop CEOs across the sector. In 2012, Louise joined the Tony Blair Africa Governance Initiative as Chief Operating Officer, managing AGI’s people, operations and finance, before transitioning into her current role in 2017. Louise is also a proud mother of a gorgeous 4 year old girl, and is expecting her 2nd baby in May 2017.
