Carine Rutari bio

Carine Mwiseneza Rutari is the senior communication Officer for Aegis Trust Rwanda. She is responsible for communicating key messages to defined target audiences and stakeholders, managing and promoting Aegis Trust Programmes in Rwanda and communicates its impact to the Rwandan community. She is a passionate about behavioral change communications with several years of experience in crisis communications, electronic media, stakeholder relations and media outreach in the field of peace building, education, marketing, and government sectors. She holds a Degree in Journalism and Communication from the National University of Rwanda.
